The Panda Tower

The Panda Tower is our exclusive program designed for the Canadian Olympic Committee to help explore how actions toward achieving short-term goals impact future growth and success. The name of the program is inspired by the panda, which is a symbol of conservation and a reminder of the importance of balance and wisdom.

A program that puts the ability in sustainability!

In this challenge, teams are given limited materials to build a system of interconnected towers and hoses capable of transporting water to a final reservoir. The water and materials represent resources that need to be conserved and nourished to respond to future business opportunities. To succeed, teams must meet two objectives of equal importance. One objective provides instant gratification while the other is more practical. Striking the right balance between the two is crucial.

Failure is an option

This team-building challenge is without a doubt the most difficult to achieve of any of our programs.

Participants should be prepared to fail at least once, as failure is one of the key ingredients to learning, continuous improvement and, ultimately, sustainable success.
