BBQ Challenge

The BBQ Challenge is our most popular culinary team building program. Inspired by hit shows like Top Chef and Master Chef, this activity puts your team’s collaboration to the ultimate test.

Corporate Master Chef: The Pop-Up Restaurant Challenge

You’ll start by winning your initial budget through high-energy team challenges. From there, your group heads to the market to hand-pick fresh ingredients and decor while managing limited resources with precision. The goal is to design and open a five-star restaurant in just three hours, which requires a clear strategy and seamless team coordination.

We also place a high value on zero-waste collaboration. While teams compete to impress the judges, they are encouraged to share resources and food items to maximize their budgets and minimize environmental impact. It is a premier choice for groups looking for a sophisticated, flavourful experience that rewards creativity and effective role delegation.

Ideal for novice cook to the master chef!

Always an entertaining morale-builder, this fun activity is designed to comfortably accommodate everyone from the novice cook to the master chef.

After the challenge, all teams benefit from their mutual efforts as they feast together on the delicious meals they have prepared.
