The Bandit is an innovative team-building experience, available in both in-person and virtual formats, that immerses participants in a mysterious scenario that challenges them to work together to identify objectives, share knowledge, test solutions, and reach consensus.

Each participant is given a unique, pre-assigned playing card filled with important information, and as the game progresses, facilitators gradually relinquish control, allowing the team to determine the best way to maximize their chances of success.
