Extraordinary Puzzle Challenge

The Extraordinary Puzzle Challenge engages participants in a fun and dynamic program designed to reinforce the value of having a clear vision and set procedures within an organization.

The whole is greater than the sum of its parts

Imagine your team trying to assemble a 600 piece puzzle in under 25 minutes! This seemingly impossible and complex task requires all participants to demonstrate an ability to apply the key elements for successful teams discussed in our “What Makes a Team Work?” seminar.

Vision and Procedure Mastery

The result is a snapshot of where the team is on its journey towards attaining and maintaining these elements to consistently meet corporate objectives.

Unlike most team-building events, this is not a competition because the final objective can only be achieved if every single team has completed its part. If one team fails the entire group will fail. Collaboration, communication, commitment, and strategic alignment will be instrumental components in achieving extraordinary results.

*This program was offered to the Canadian Olympic athletes as they prepared for the Tokyo Games.
