A team builder that you can really sink your teeth into

The Barbecue Challenge sees teams start with no money and limited resources. They must then earn funds by completing team challenges that test their proficiency in communication, cooperation, leadership, creativity and ability to work under pressure. Food is then purchased and prepared for presentation and consumption.

Outdoor Week 2026: June 8-19

Due to popular demand, we will once again have exclusive access to Parks Canada’s Hangar 1825 located mere steps from the Atwater Market, along the Lachine Canal.

This location is ideal for the BBQ Challenge, and by booking during this period, you save significantly on the cost of the site rental.

Ideal for novice cook to the master chef!

Always an entertaining morale-builder, this fun activity is designed to comfortably accommodate everyone from the novice cook to the master chef.

After the challenge, all teams benefit from their mutual efforts as they feast together on the delicious meals they have prepared.
