Marc Merulla

Founder / Sales and Program Director

Marc Merulla has been developing and delivering advanced experiential adult learning programs throughout Quebec, Canada and around the world since 1999.

Marc is a graduate of McGill University’s Education program and remains passionate about helping individuals and organizations to realize their potential. Skilled at enabling others to move outside of restrictive comfort zones and become physically and emotionally involved in learning processes, Marc has also enjoyed being an Assistant Instructor in Concordia University’s Applied Human Sciences Department where he has taught topics such as human dynamics, leadership and risk management.

Marc Bartschat

Founder / Vice President, Director of Operations & Finance

Marc Bartschat manages the operations of TBMOQ, whether that be leading marketing activities, overseeing accounting, creating new programs or facilitating team-building activities.

A Bishop’s University, Williams School of Business Administration graduate, Marc worked for the University of Ottawa, U SPORTS, Grey Advertising and RBC before joining H2O Adventures/TBMOQ on a full time basis in 2003.

Jill Samborsky

Program Manager

As Program Manager, Jill is integral to the organization, planning and execution of each team-building event offered by TBMOQ. Her outgoing yet meticulous personality makes each client feel well cared for and at ease.

Her joy and passion comes out especially when she leads or assists in delivering our many team-building, team-bonding and team-development events. She is driven to ensure each client will have their expectations for a fun and fulfilling event met or exceeded.

Jill graduated from Concordia University with a bachelor’s degree in English Literature with Honours and a minor in German.

Dylan Trevis

Office of Special Projects

Dylan ensures that all logistics, components and details of each program come together to produce a coherent, well-organized and on-time event.

Dylan holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in Accounting at the John Molson School of Business. His main interests however lie in the direction of entrepreneurship and small business management.

To this end, Dylan manages the Lachine Canal Nautical during the summer months.

Ignacia Gulli

Program Coordinator

As program coordinator, Ignacia manages our social media accounts, coordinates with our various charities and assists in the preparation and development of each team-building program.

You are likely to see her displaying her athletic and scholastic training as she leads and assists in delivering our various programs.

The competitive soccer player and Messi fan joined the team in 2022 as a graduate of McGill University with a B.A.C. majoring in Sociology and minoring in Social Entrepreneurship.
