  • Contribute to the creation of marketing and communications content
  • Participate in the creative development of new programs
  • Support team members across a range of event-related tasks

What You Bring

  • 2–3 years in a similar role (accepted in lieu of a degree)
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills — you’re comfortable owning a room
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Canva, social media platforms, and video conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet) is a big assets
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and stay calm under pressure
  • Flexibility to work occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends
  • Bilingual (French & English)

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with graphic design software
  • Access to a reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed)

What We Offer

  • 6-month contract with strong potential for permanent hire
  • Competitive salary
  • A creative, dynamic, and genuinely fun team to work with
  • Flexible hours that support work-life balance
  • Health insurance after 3 months (permanent employees)
