Preparing our Olympians
The Puzzle Challenge, The Ramp, and The Panda Tower where all done during Olympic Labs in Montreal (2018) and Toronto (2019). These Labs are hosted by the Canadian Olympic Committee as part of their initiatives to help prepare our athletes for Tokyo 2020 and future Olympic Games!
The challenges are meant to encourage participants to explore and practice the essential ingredients for winning. Success in these challenges requires teams to go beyond the basics of communication and collaboration by focusing on process, accountability, quickly understanding and adapting to failure, and the importance of celebrating the small victories along the way.
Now you can challenge your team to beat the Team Canada gold record!
