
Marc Merulla
Founder | Sales and Program Director
Marc Merulla has been developing and delivering advanced experiential adult learning programs throughout Quebec, Canada and around the world since 1999. He is a specialist in fusing proven professional development training with entertaining team building activities that ensure interactive learning and great fun for all participants.
Marc has developed successful team development programs for such leading organizations as RBC, Pfizer, Hydro Quebec, L’Oreal, Rolls Royce, CBC, Molson, FIDO, Bayer, IBM, TELUS, Canada Revenue Agency and many others.
Marc is a graduate of McGill University’s Education program and remains passionate about helping individuals and organizations to realize their potential. Skilled at enabling others to move outside of restrictive comfort zones and become physically and emotionally involved in learning processes, Marc has also enjoyed being an Assistant Instructor in Concordia University’s Applied Human Sciences Department where he has taught topics such as human dynamics, leadership and risk management.
Marc has served on the Board of Directors of Youth Employment Services, founded the Montreal chapter of Executives on Auction and was the president of a Montreal chapter of Business Networking International (BNI). Co-founder of H2O Adventures, he is also an accomplished white water kayak instructor and sea kayak guide and has taught wilderness first aid and rescue across the country.

Marc Bartschat
Founder | Vice President, Director of Operations & Finance
Marc Bartschat oversees TBMOQ’s marketing initiatives and manages all of the accounting and graphic design components of programs.
Prior to co-founding TBMOQ, Marc was the Director of Communications for Canadian Interuniversity Sport (USPORT) and Communications Manager for the University of Ottawa. His career experience also includes advertising and interactive marketing business development with Grey World Wide and account management for RBC Royal Bank.
He also co-founded H2O Adventures, a company that provides an array of water-based adventure experiences for individuals, groups and companies.
Marc holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Williams School of Business Administration at Bishop’s University.
An avid outdoor enthusiast, Marc has taught white water kayaking for almost two decades and holds certifications in sea kayaking, scuba diving, sailing, swift water rescue and wilderness first aid. In 2017, Marc represented Canada at the World University Games in Almaty, Kazakhstan as part of the Communications team where he covered curling, hockey, alpine and mountain events.

Dylan Trevis
Office of Special Projects
Dylan ensures that all logistics, components and details of each program come together to produce a coherent, well-organized and on-time event.
He is responsible for aiding in all aspects of program development and implementation. Through hard work and dedication, Dylan ensures the best customer experience for all our clients.
Dylan holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in Accounting at the John Molson School of Business. His main interests however lie in the direction of entrepreneurship and small business management.
An elite hockey player, Dylan has played competitive hockey across Quebec, New Brunswick and at the national level along with being drafted to the QMJHL. Now retired from the big leagues, Dylan uses his spare time for cycling, travelling and boating.
Dylan is a man of many hats doubling as the Manager of the Lachine Canal Nautical Centre by H2O Adventures.

Jill Samborsky
Program Manager
Jill graduated from Concordia University with a bachelor’s
degree in English Literature with Honours and a minor in German.
Over the years, she has worked for TBMOQ in various capacities, from office assistant to program facilitator. After many years at UniFirst Canada as a Route Sales Representative, she returned to TBMOQ to use her acquired administrative and organizational abilities. She brings her years of experience in customer satisfaction and management to the team to provide our clients with the best possible experience.
Jill’s position includes coordinating, planning and executing team-building events, customer interaction, and facilitating team-building activities. Her passion for adventure and new experiences drives her to make sure each client will have their expectations for a fun and fulfilling event met, or even exceeded.
Jill’s passion for multiple languages and cultures has led her to seek out various travel opportunities and interactions with people from all over the world. She enjoys travelling alone to maximize the time she can dedicate to learning about her destinations. She is constantly searching for new adventures, even when they are close to home, so she can get the most out of life.

Ignacia Gulli
Program Coordinator
Ignacia joined the team in 2022 as a graduate of McGill University with a B.A.C. majoring in Sociology and minoring in Social Entrepreneurship.
She was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and is trilingual. Not surprisingly she is a huge fan of Lionel Messi and plays competitive soccer herself.
As Program Coordinator, the former camp counselor and orientation week leader works with suppliers and helps plan events, while also facilitating and delivering programs.
